The BURGFELD BU40 PUNCHING & CROPPING MACHINE has been specially designed for a tough and rough manufacturing plant. This has been accomplished by German engineers in our German firm.

By oiling the machine regularly, the life-span is unlimited. With this machine, the producer will be able to manufacture 300 windows per day.
Our "QUICK CHANGE TOOLS" enable this. These tools can be changed within seconds by "NON-SPECIALISTS".

Rolling Machine

BR50:
Able to roll pipes up to 55mm Ø.
Flatbar up to 60 x 5 or 50 x 10 and different other bars and profiles.

Able to roll small profiles for window section, hollow bar, flats, squares & pipes up to 32 Ø.

Combination Machine

BU50:
Mechanical drive punching, cropping and notching machine.
Ideal for the smaller steel fabrication workshop:
Punch: 26 Ø in 5mm plate/13 0 in 10mm plate. Cropper: Angle iron 60 x 6 / flat iron 80 x 10. Notcher: Triangular max 6mm.

BU40

This one machine is designed to fulfil all the required functions to produce up to 6000 steel window frames per month. Achieved by way of a quick change "tool set-up" accomplished by unskilled workers.

BU90

Mechanical drive, punching, shearing and cropping machine.

• Punching: 28mm 0 in 19mm plate.
  
• Shearing: 280 x 10 or 160 x 16mm plate.
  
• Notching: Rectangular or triangular maximum 10mm.
  
• Cropping: Angle iron 100 x 12mm / bar cropper 38 mm Ø and 35 mm square.
